The site uses Hezaerd Analytics, an Umami-based, privacy-focused analytics service operated by Hezaerd at analytics.hezaerd.com. It helps understand which pages are visited and improve the portfolio. The site also records an aggregatesocial_click event when a visitor selects a GitHub, LinkedIn or Bluesky link.

Analytics may process the page path and title, referring page, approximate device and browser information, language, screen size, an approximate location and a pseudonymous visit identifier. It is not used for advertising, cross-site profiling or selling information. The custom event properties added for a social click are limited to the selected platform and whether the link was in the desktop header or mobile menu; the event may also be associated with the page context described above.

Hezaerd Analytics also collects technical performance metrics, such as page load time, responsiveness and visual stability. These measurements help identify slowdowns and improve the browsing experience. Analytics is configured for this portfolio only and is not used to follow you across other sites or applications.

This choice is stored only in this browser's local storage and applies to this site. It does not erase data already collected. You can also block the analytics script with browser privacy controls or an extension, or contact Raphaël Daubelcour to object to this measurement.

3. Technical services and third parties

The site is hosted and delivered through Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process technical request data, such as an IP address, headers and security information, to deliver pages and protect the service. The portfolio also loads the Montserrat font from Google Fonts and interface icons from cdnjs.

Some project pages include third-party embeds, such as YouTube or itch.io. Those providers may receive information when an embedded resource loads as it comes near the viewport or when it is used; their own privacy policies apply to that processing. External links to GitHub, LinkedIn and Bluesky are opened on their respective services.

4. Purpose and legal basis

Information is processed to provide and secure the website, understand aggregate usage and respond to messages. Where data-protection law permits it, these activities rely on the publisher's legitimate interest in operating, protecting and improving the portfolio. This policy does not remove any consent requirement that may apply in your location.

5. Retention and your rights

Information is kept only for as long as needed for the purposes described above, to resolve a request or to meet a legal obligation. Aggregated statistics may be retained for longer when they can no longer be used to identify an individual.
